Mario Kart Double Dash PIN# Request

Hey,
I was wondering if there is anyone who got Mario Kart Double Dash who isn't going to use their Registration Pin# for the Zelda Compilation Disk. If so would you be willing to let me use it? Let me know if you want to help me out. Thanks.

I'll have my MK:DD waiting for me at home. I already signed up for Nintendo Power.

So, you can have my pin #...it'll just cost you $50. ;)

Hmm, I was thinking about seeing if someone had one. I already bought Mario & Luigi but I didnt plan on buying any of the other eligible titles. So anyway, if there is someone else who has an extra Pin# it would be greatly appreciated.

I thought the pin# was somewhere inside the case, not the barcode number from the back of the box? It has to be a unique number for them to track it as registration.

I would think that BBV would remove all the items from the case (manual, pin#, etc). How do you just get it from BBV then?

from nintendo's site on the deal.
"Also, new Nintendo GameCube and Game Boy Advance games made by Nintendo of America are arriving in stores with a special insert containing a unique "Pin" number, which can be used to register game purchases online."

Yeah they do take them out at BBV, in fact my friend who works there was nice enough to give me a Mario Party 5 PIN# and she's going to give me the Mario Kart one on Friday. Yay free Zelda

No offense Jtnguyen12, but what you are suggesting is basically theft. Someone will eventually get those opened copies from EB or Gamestop, and if they want to use the pin # they would be unable to.

Thats why I figured it would be fine to ask here, there are bound to be people like Dancinns who do not need their pin #.

no it's not, you are correct. i just wish that i could register any other game that I get. for example, i'd like to pick up animal crossing which of course is a nintendo exclusive, why can't they offer the pin in there?

i will, subscribe because i'm left without much of a choice unless i stumble upon an unused pin (not likely)

have you guys seen what these discs are going for on eBay?

Yeah, some ******* is charging $5 just to tell you how to get the disc for $20. If I ever meet that guy, I'm going to kick him in the nuts until he throws up.
