Gamecube Resident Evil: Nemeis Red tag $14.82 at Target......

I picked this up Monday evening in the value section.....my local
Target here in Cincinnati had one copy with a red tag on it. Could not believe my eyes as I have been waiting for a deal on these old ports to replace the ones I sold for the PS1.

Did not see RE 2 but they did have Code Veronica(PS2) on Sale for about $14.00.

I saw Nemesis at Target two days ago at 29.90. Targets by me suck with the clearance items. I never did find Shinobi or Primal under $5 at any Target near me.

Check again because my Target also had this price at $29.00 last week and marked it down this week.

Only target I could find that had it in stock was 20.98, still not horrible considering it goes for more then that on ebay used.

It was red tagged but it could be lower, I didn't ask to scan it. Doesn't matter though, I already own it for the PS1, no point throwing money at Capcom for a straight port.

Really wish I could have found Shinobi under $5 though. My local CC's are out of stock at $9.96 to.

Holy Freakin' Cheapness.

I have to have this!

Anyone else not wanting to buy the ports just out of spite because Capcom thought they could move three y.o. games for $40?

Not that I won't buy them if the price is right.

Is it just my local Target B&Ms or do all of them have the do-it-yourself "price check" scanners throughout the store?

That particular Target use to have one near the electronics section. They either moved it or took them down. I rarely visit other areas of that particular store though, so they could be up other places.

My Target used to have a huge selection of PC titles... but now they seem to be getting out of the PC game business; which is a shame since they usually had pretty good deals.

I did see No One Lives Forever 2, on clearence for $13.95, which is a great price - I scanned it in at one of the price checkers however, and it came out at ... $13.95!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However, there was some guy next to me, getting his wife to go pricescan NASCAR games that were coming up at $0.00... but NASCAR? urgh...

Still couldn't justify the expense... but some of you others might.

They also had Empire Earth for the same price but I already have that one.
