I went in to BB last night to pick up Kingdom Hearts and Panzer Dragoon was marked as $9.99 in store also.
So I picked it up in store rather than wait for it to ship.

Didn't look at Skies of Arcadia, but whoever wants that, may want to check the store for it since it appears to be sold out on the website.
