Release Dates: October 2003

U.S. Releases Only, All Platforms. Sorted by date/title. The later the date, the less likely it is to be accurate.

Bold titles are titles of interest that I've read discussions about in this forum. I try to highlight the games that I think a lot of people are going interested in, but it's pretty arbitrary.

The biggest question on my mind is when they plan to start releasing the Super Mario 3 e-cards. I'd hate to have to wait more than a month for them.. but the Pokemon cards are just now coming out and that game was released in what.. March? I'm already so tired of it the cards aren't going to help. Granted Mario 3 is 100 times the game Pokemon is.. but waiting that long blah.

Gladiator(PS2, XBox) will be worth checking out if you're a tactical/RPG fan. I played the demo and enjoyed it. Unlike other turn-based strategy games(i.e. FFTA) where attacking a opponent is simply a matter of pressing a button, you have to actually press a combination of buttons and time each press right in order to pull off an attack to do the highest possible damage. It adds variety and challenge to the game compared to other Strategy/RPG games I've played....definitely going to be picking this one up.

I thought Sony for rid of the Face in game for THUG? I could have sworn I read that somewhere (or maybe my Sony rep told me). Do you need the Eyecam to put your face in the game?

As far as I know, No and No

Taken from recent IGN preview:
Since you are playing as yourself, Neversoft added a face mapping feature to THUG. You snap a digital picture of your mug, send it to Neversoft, and an automatic graphic is generated. Neversoft then sends you a code for your face, which you enter when your PS2 is online. Once you download your face, you can customize it with any of the items, e.g. beard, hair, etc., available in the game. This allows for a pretty good approximation of the real thing.

As a sample they had one of the programmers and the virtual version looked damn nice. Each account is allowed one face, but you can resend pics if you are unhappy with the results. The reps didn't say anything about copyrighted materials, so I am guessing that you could send in a pic of George Bush, Madonna, or Busta Rhymes if you want...

Are most people buying Xbox Music Mixer to do karaoke thing, or to be able to play music off your PC? I was thinking about picking it up, but don't know if that is worth $45 or so bucks. Right now I just hook my iPod up to my receiver.

I'm getting the XBOX Music Mixer for Karaoke mostly but I think I'll take advantage of the other features. Isn't it MSRP $39.99?

Yes it is. Looks like it comes with a high-quality mic as well. Not the biggest advancement in gaming, certainly but for $$35 (After coup), you're getting the world's most advanced Karaoke, so I think it's worth it (thoughI can't sing a note )

From: Work. Or commuting. Certainly not at home.
As of now, SSX3 (PS2), Rogue Squadron, and SMB3. May add to that, but I doubt it.
