Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life (GC)

I loved Harvest Moon 64 and Animal Crossing, so I've been looking forward to this one for a while.

A lot of the ones mentioned here. Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 and Dungeons and Dragons: Heroes as well.

One that I'm looking forward to at least renting is NBA Live 2004 (PS2). It'll be very interesting if their idea of the 5-on-5 online game works at all. I predict chaos except for a few regular teams, but it should be interesting to see how that works in action.

Actually, I forgot about Prince of Persia!! I loved ICO and this looks very similar to that. I like "smart" platforming games that have a good story, graphics etc. This looks right up my alley.

I loved FFX but I'm still not sure about FFX-2. May have to wait on the reviews first.

ToEE

I am not one to usualy believe the hype, but after seeing the interview of Troika's Tim cain, I am pretty jazzed about Temple of Elemental Evil. There is going to be a good deal of challenge involved in this one w/ the added Ironman mode of play, pretty cool. I know the list of spells and npc are really good also. Anyone seen it played yet????, for they are the only ones I will trust for info. Don't like most reviewers. I hate hype.

immortal1,

You probably already know this but TOEE has Gone Gold and will make it's 9/23 ship date.

Troika is supposed to be delivering the demo to Atari today, so that could be released as early as this week. Hopefully it will come out before the game ships so we can give this baby a shot.

Speaking of demos, I've played a few since I made my original post to this thread. Based on the demos, Call of Duty is now one of my most anticipated, and Jedi Academy is now one of my least anticipated.

Why is Jedi Academy your least anticipated now?
