im playing tribes aerial assualt. its alot better now that you can kind of communicate with your team mates. you just have to add CHAT-TEST as a buddy in your buddy list then press square in a server that has an arrow next to the name and it brings up a menu. there is alot of **** you can say.its realy cool. also theres the 32 person server.my name is hedgecore on it.anyone wanna play?

I might just pick that one up now. That is good to know. I didn't think anyone was playing it, but if it's actually fun I might check it out for fifteen bucks.

Yeah, I had no clue. I did warn you, though. I've never played that type of game before and I didn't know what I was supposed to be doing. I'm better in the deathmatch sort of thing. I need a newbie room for that game or some coaching or something; the single-player game isn't like the multiplayer at all.
I hope Tribes is easier to pick up and play, because I'd like to have a fun multiplayer expierence.
Hope I didn't mess things up too bad that night. And thanks for the public humiliation here as well

actually, it happens to everyone, u gotta learn to crawl before you can walk...
so whats this about being able to talk in Tribes? I played that game online and thought it was quite fun, except for the lack of communication ..so are these pre-recorded messages or something..i might have to log on tonight and check this out..(as long as verizon has fixed it's lag problems here in the east coast...)

I'm a TribesPHILE for the PC. Been playing it since 1999 and STILL love it. I've tried AA and for me its unplayable with the control pad, limited maps, lack of mode and limited players on maps. But my main issue was the control. Probably because of all the hours on the keyboard/mouse
If you haven't played the PC version, get it immediately. I can't imagine it costing more that $10. (Probably more like $5). The communication commands are very simple on the keyboard.
Long live Tribes!
