Help me decipher gamespy.com

What the hell happened to GameSpy??

I've been out of the PC gaming world for a couple of years now, obsessed with console gaming. Now I wanna try out Counterstrike.

I know I'll need a server browser, so I thought I'd check out gamespy.com. Good grief. What a mess.

What's the difference between gamespy3d and gamespy arcade?

At this point I'm thinking of going with 'All Seeing Eye' but I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

I don't use either - (although ASE is supposed to be better) - the game can pull server lists on its own.

Incidently - GS Arcade is less fussy than the regular one and I think it's more preferred these days out of the two.

Thanks. I couldn't remember if HL had a built-in server browser or not.
