Anyone playing PSO on Xbox Live?

I just got the game Friday and already have my character up to Level 21! Any interest in meeting up online? I though we could pick adopt one of those ships and blocks in the middle that no one is ever on...

I'm playing, but it seems like I only get a chance to get on during the weekends, I get home during the week and feel like crap so I end up doing nothing until sleepy time.. got a level 29 hunter and level 7 force.

I'm on, haven't been playing much as of late. I have an assortment of chars that range from lv 6 to 65. My gamertag is flaprabbit, if you leave your gamertag I'll look you up when I'm online.

it's what... $9/month - (hunter's license?)? in addition to the cost of buying the game and the regular xbox live costs?

Yup, but you do get the first 2 months free so you can evaluate whether or not you think it's worth it.

My name is FlashStash online also, so look me up if you want to play! I'll be on in the evenings, probably after 8PM ET

You can get XBOX Live for $44.98 at Bestbuy (after $5 off $19.99 coupon) plus saving $20.00 instant when u buy PSO online $29.99 - $20.00 instant saving = $9.98 or MechAssault $9.99 after $20.00 Saving.

Xbox Live $44.98 + PSO $9.98 =$ 54.97 (not bad)

I just grabbed it at Best Buy yesterday.

I need to level up and get used to the feel of it (kinda awkward so far) and I'm definitely into DVDTalk games later this week.

How is the game?

I had it on Dreamcast but didn't get too much into it since I had a heck of a time getting my dreamcast online.

Now that its on XBox, I am considering picking it up.

Sadly it's more of the same. Sonic Team did very little to show that's it's now on XBox. I'm willing to bet they were going to forgo adding voice chat and just putting a straight port until MS stepped in and said something.

It's also frustrating that you have 16 shortcuts to use for quick-chats, but only 6 buttons for actuall spell/weapon use. Retarded, beyond retarded.

But I still love and play it.

Thats cool.. I'll pick it up in the next little while. I'll have to build up my character and then look for some DVDTalk people to play with.

Vesper, level 6 hunter.

Wasn't sure I would still like this game, but I'm having a blast. I just ordered the USB keyboard adaptor, but I probably won't use it in place of voice chat.

I'm hoping it works in the Xbox dashboard so I can type song names. I hate moving a cursor for typing.

I've heard that it works for PSO only, which is kinda dumb cause you have the voice chat. I've got a friend who has it and I'll ask if it functions on the dashboard and shall report back here.

BTW.. I have checked with my friend and he confirms that the keyboard does not work in the dashboard, it only functions as a secondary communication tool for PSO and PSO only.
