Brute Force-Best B&M Price?
So far the best I've found is Target. There is $5 off store coupon for Brute Force making it $45.99 (you can print off of their Target.com games section). You also get a free Strategy guide.
Circuit City is gving away a free MadCatz controller (biggie sized one from the pic in the ad).
Anyone know of anyone that will actually have a sale price on this?

It's very rare that a game will go on sale the same week that it's released. Actually I'd go so far as to say that it pretty much never happens.
Your best bet is to wait several weeks or even a few months. Oftentimes BestBuy or CircuitCity will place a regular $49 game for $39 for one week only. This will happen to new releases after a random number of weeks has passed.

You're right about that. But I was hoping since RTCW came out on sale for $39.99 at BB, it might happen again since this is one of the Xbox's marquee titles.

Difference between RTCW and Brute Force is that RTCW was released on PC long before the Xbox version came out. So a lot of people already owned or played the game before Xbox version was released. The people who decide pricing must have felt that a lower price was needed to attract additional gamers.
But Brute Force is being released on Xbox for the first time, and it is Xbox exclusive. So no reason to lower the price here.

Best Buy is the best place to get the games for a little cheaper. They have a gift card that you can buy that comes with a $5 off coupon for a game. I'm always buying those giftcards just for the coupon. Just look for the one that says Happy Birthday Gamer gift card. Put a couple bucks on the gift card and then use it to purchase the game.

Just look at recent examples. Brute Force seems to have some good sales this/next week (Circuit City and Target). RTCW was on sale the first week at at least BB. Matrix had some good pre-order deals.

I just got back from Best Buy, and they are matching the Circuit City Free Madcatz controller with the purchase of Brute Force. I took the Circuit City ad up to the cashier, and she called a manager who approved the deal. So now I have an extra controller, and hopefully a great game!!

Picked mine up at Target, Brute Force+Free Prima Guide-$5 coupon = $48.
Just a tip though, if you go to Targe and they tell you they can't find the Strategy guide ask them to lok twice, the Brute Force Guide is the new smaller size, roughly the same as a DVD case. I called ahead and they told me they did not have any. I went anyway and found the guides along with the other ones, but they were hard to see since they were so much smaller.
