Any "fresh" game concepts out there?
Has anyone played anything recently that broke out of the mold?
I've been playing around with Strange adventures in infinite space http://digital-eel.com/sais/ A fun little game that is entertaining, and great for coffee breaks.
Another novel game is uplink http://www.introversion.co.uk/uplink/, which is a hacker simulation, with great music and is very enveloping, if a bit repetative. You are working to finish your hack before you get traced, so it pretty stressful.
Any other Novel games that I haven't heard about?
