Pressure sensitive controllers....Do you forget to make use of this?

While Playing X-men on X-box this weekend it seemed to me the harder I pressed the X-box controller buttons the better I did in terms of hits. Do they design fighting games this way or am I just imagining this? What games really use this feature?

I must admit the original XBOX controller isn't the best for fighting games. I switched to the smaller XBOX controller and it seemed to work even better.

I don't have Xmen, but did you read the instruction? I know the xbox/ps2 controller buttons are pressure sensitive so I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. Personally, I think such implementation is really poor in a fighting game.

Sports games take the best advantage from pressure sensitive buttons. I can't imagine playing Madden without it.

Dead or Alive XTreme Beach Volleyball is another one.

In DOAX, you don't have to use the pressure sensitive feature if you don't want to. There's the option of using 4 digital buttons instead of 2 pressure buttons.

I really like pressure sensitive buttons, so much, that I always turn them off when I have the option.

I guess I assumed most fighting games used it.

I only use them in Madden and NFL2k3 myself. You'd figure they would be most useful in driving for the accelerator but I usually keep the throttle down hard and use brakes to slow.
