Playing PAL games on NTSC PSX?

I was wondering if anyone here had experiences playing European PAL PSX games on an NTSC PSX, as I seem to be unable to do it. I'm not sure if this is suitable for discussion here or not, so if it's not, just e-mail me at [email protected] and share your knowledge. Thanks.

You'll also need a PAL ready television, since resolution and power are different, as well as the power converter for the television.

Mine's chipped already, and the game plays in the machine - it's just that it doesn't display right on the screen. I know about the difference between PAL and NTSC TVs - I was just wondering if there was a "fix" that you could do to the PSX itself.

you need something like the above. Unfortunately it says not available but it might be worth emailing or checking out similar stores.

I had no idea such a box existed. That saves me a lot of hassle! Thanks!
