Full version of C vs SNK 2 EO w/o online option on new demo disk

Found on Fatwallet:

The New Xbox Exibition Disk has the full Japanese version of Capcom v SNK 2 EO, with all characters unlocked and all endings.

BUT, there is no "LIVE" (online) option.

$4.99 for that and all these demos:

Inside drive 2003
MX Suplyfly
Ghost Recon
Kung Fu Chaos
Indiana Jones
All-Star Baseball 2004
Vexx
MechAssault

I bought it last nite. It is pretty damn nice to have basically the whole game there if you don't care about Live support.

It is not exactly like the full version. I don't think the digital controls work.

I was playing it, and noticed some of the names are messed up - it shows "M. Bison" for Balrog, "Vega" for M. Bison, "M. Bison" for Vega, etc.
I don't know what all the grooves are, so I'll look that up later tonight before I play it again.

Not quite:

The guy with the mask and claw is Balrog.
The boxer is Mike Bison.

Capcom USA changed the names because they feared a lawsuit from Mike Tyson.

Can somebody confirm that the pad is disabled in the version on the demo disk? I thought somebody on FW reported that, then said they were mistaken. Too much misinformation being spread.

Just got it, and I am unable to use the digital pad.

The disc is easily worth $5, though. There's a ton of stuff on there... demos, videos, mp3s...

If you pick EO mode, you have to use Analog sticks to control and do special moves very easily. If you don't pick EO mode, you can play it like the original with digital pad and 6 buttons.

Heh... is that why I thought my controls were all messed up? Like the ABXY buttons didn't do punches and kicks. Makes sense now
