It's included on the demo disc with the current issue of the Official PlayStation Magazine. The magazine has Midnight Club Racing 2 on the cover.
Only 2 songs in the Amplitude demo, but seeing the new graphics style is interesting...

I'll be getting this game when it comes out, but I HATE how they changed the tunnel system of Frequency to the flat, highway style they have now. The tunnel allowed you to see all of the tracks at once, and made navigation easy. I can't for the life of me figure out why they changed it. Such a stupid design decision.
