No jumps in XBox Moto GP?

I watched all the movies and pics from videogames.com and noticed a lack of jumps in MotoGP. Are they just not shown, or do jumps not exist in this game? I have fond memories of Motocross Madness also from Microsoft and was hoping for a similar experience on my new XBox.

TIA!

No jumps. Moto GP is not a motocross game. It is a pure motorcycle racing game based aroung the real Grand Prix circuit. As such, it stays fairly true to life and is all about speed and cornering. Jumping at the kind of speed we're talking about here (approaching 200 mph) would probably not be a good idea.

You can, however, do endos and wheelies. These are purely for fun and/or when your way ahead though. It is a great game.

There are a few spots on some tracks that count as Jumps -- at least as far as Arcade mode is concerned, but it's nothing fancy. You'll leave the pavement briefly, but it's certainly not motocross.

Moto GP is the Formula 1 of motorcycles or more appropriately called "superbikes".

For the type of gaming you're describing look for MX Superfly and MX 2002 for your XBOX. I've never tried these games so I can't give any opinions on them.

As for myself, I will be the first in line to make a purchase if MS announces a Motocross Madness for the XBOX.
