Any worthy Gamecube Import games?
I used to import a lot of games with my dreamcast. There were quite a few that would never see state side that I wanted to play. I found something called Freeloader which works like the Dreamcast boot disc which allows you to play imported games.
Are there any cool games on the GC that are only available in Japan? I don't speak or read Japenese so a heavy language title won't work out too well.
thanks

The only decent new releases that isn't here yet are Ikaruga and Mr. Driller: Drill Land. But both games might eventually be released in the states at a later time.
I have seen the arcade version of Ikaruga in Japan, and it's gorgeous. However, this game is very hard, at least for an average skilled person like me. This vertical scrolling shooter requires you to switch between the light and dark mode and absorb like-colored shots as energies for powered-up attack, but one hit by the wrong color and you're dead. Toward the middle of the game, it gets ridiculously intense, and either requires cat-like reflexes, or memorization of all the attack patterns in order to survive.
Note: Doh, I just checked IGN. Ikaruga is slated for US release in April, no release info for Mr. Driller tho.

Doshin the Giant (this game also got a European release but not in the US)
Mr Driller Drill Land - I don't understand why they haven't brought this out here yet, Mr. Driller rules.
RAVE Groove Adventure: Fighting Live- looks pretty interesting, kind of like Powerstone and has 4 player support.
Nintendo Puzzle Collection
Dokapon DX
those are the ones that look interesting to me, i don't know if some of them are they are good or not because i haven't played them all.

If your gonna import may as well go full tilt. Im going to import Soul Calibur 2 There are many imports out there I'd like to get as well aside from SC2. It just sucks that theres no safe way like the free loader to get imports for PS2s.

Who here has actually played RAVE? I've been interested in the game since its release early last year, but I have yet to come across anyone who has actually played it. Heck, even the GameFAQ guides are incomplete. I'm starting to think the game doesn't exist.

Winning Eleven 6 is a soccer game, some say the best out there. You're like the first person that has positive things to say about buyrite. Everyone hates them, and my exprience with them wasn't positive either.
