Question for people with multiple consoles hooked up to one TV

I agree with Trigger and Cap. Harlock, you don't to keep the PS1 hooked up. Think of it this way, it's easier to switch memory cards then to hook-up/unhook another system. Saves you space too.
Keep in mind, there are a few PS1 games which you will have trouble with on the PS2, either saving, freezing, etc. Call Sony at 1-800-345-7663 for specific problems about these games, they have a list.
Here are the games:
Final Fantasy Anthology
Mortal Kombat Trilogy
Tomba
Arcade Party Pak - Midway
Arcade's Greatest Hits - Atari II
Fighter Maker
Judge Dredd
Monkey Hero
Internation Track and Field
If you don't have these games or intend to play them then you shouldn't have any problems.

Any suggestions on good switchboxes? I have a Sony Trinitron with three hookups but two of them are being used by my vcr and dvd player. I need enough to hookup my PS1, XBox, Gamecube, N64, and my dreamcast.

Thanks for all your answers, looks like I will be getting another switchbox. Tried looking for one with 6 or 8 but all I could find is 4. I don't know why, but I just really hate pulling out the memory card... it just never seem to do well. However, I rarely play PS1 games so it is not that big a deal to keep the PS1 unplugged.
