Jedi Knight is the best FPS type of game with a great lightsaber battle system and force use.

Another vote for Jediknight. Great FPS game for the PC.

Rogue Leader on the GC, by far IMO. At least out of console games, I don't play PC games.

I haven't played all of them; Jedi Knight II was pretty good, but my favorite was probably Tie Fighter for the PC. I know it's been updated to run on Win9x with a better engine (textures, etc), but the "original" collector's CD version was incredible on its own.

Probably X-Wing Alliance or X-Wing vs. Tie-Fighter. That is, until KOTOR comes along (I hope)...

My all time favorites are the X-wing and TIE fighter sims for the PC. The Jedi Knight games are up there too.
I know this may sound strange but one I had the most fun with was Star Wars Demolition on the Dreamcast.

In my opinion, Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast, is easily the best Star Wars game to date. It's amazing. The lightsaber battles are incredibly sweet. And the force powers (like the choke, shove, and lightning) rock!

It's one of the best first person games I've ever played. Highly recommended.

Its a tie between X-Wing Alliance (like the wing commander series, I didn't like the flying, but was riveted by the story) and Rebel assault 1

Jedi Outcast is one of the best games I have played in a long time. If you are a big Star Wars fan you will love all of the Jedi powers you can gain and the light saber action. I am currently playing this on the Xbox, and I am really enjoying it!! It is quickly becoming one of my top Xbox games. I am at level 15 and it just keeps getting better.

Picking the best Star Wars game is like picking the most enjoyable circle of hell.

But seriously, I have high hopes for the upcoming Knights of the Old Republic. Bioware is a good RPG developer, and the concept is a good one.

I've never played a Star Wars game that I enjoyed since that Atari 2600 game, but I did play Rogue Leader on my friend's GC a couple of months ago and it was actually pretty good. I plan on picking it up for $19.99 at Best Buy soon.
