EB preorder question
With the current EB deal being so good, and having two games lying around I decided to trade them in. In deciding what game to get I watched videos and read reviews and decided on preordering dark cloud 2 thinking it would be a zelda/FF/actraiser hybrid style game. Unfortunately, I am less than thrilled with dark cloud, which I am currently playing.
Basically, I am wondering what the EB policy is on cancelling preorders.
1) Do I transfer it to another title?
2) Is there some penalty for cancellation/transfer?
3) Because I got my preorder from a special promotion will there be any limitations?
Any help will be appreciated.

I'd try calling them and asking, worst I can imagine happening is you have to pick up the game, return it unopened and get full credit for it...chances are though they'll work with you

thanks,
I checked with them and a trade-in preorder works the same as store credit. I can change the game to any other title, or just get a giftcard with the store credit. For anyone who is curious...
This means everyone can do the two ps2 games trade-in deal (two games not on exclusion list -> new scea game) and then preorder some game, then turn that game into $40 credit towards any game you wish. Looks like it may be time to hit some more blockbusters, I think some still have buy 2 get one free on games...
