Unreal Championship (Xbox question)
Does anyone else think it is strange that you can't play split screen 2-player mode unless you have the system link or Live subscription? Is it a marketing ploy, or just the way Unreal was meant to be played? I know it doesn't have the story or depth of Halo for single player, but I would at least expect some offline deathmatching without the system link...sigh.

Umm....you must be doing something wrong then. I had the game (returned it for JKII) but I played split screen DM. Just start an instant action game, then the second, third and fourth players join in by pressing start. Yes, it is kinda stupid how they implemented this and this is one of the factors that made me return it. The bad part about it is that it only kicks one bot for the originator of the game, when someone else joins in, the teams will be uneven and there's not a thing you can do about it.

It took me about 2 hours to figure out how to do a split screen match. I knew it could be done, because there's a picture of it on the back. As SmackDaddy said, just start up the type of match you want, and then have the other players press start once it begins. Enjoy!

This may be a stupid question but here goes.
What are the Adrenalin pills for in the game? I know that the book says something about enhancing the charactars abilities, but I've seen no difference in any of the characters whether I pick these up or not. Could someone clarify this?

BTW, those codes aren't "secrets" in the usual sense -- if you play through the tutorial that comes with the game, they're given to you, and you're even told to try them out.

Just a tip from someone who plays this nonstop: Adrenaline is the key to winning deathmatch online consistently.
1) Know where the pills are on each map and gravitate to them.
2) Forget about agility and regeneration.
3) When maxed out, only use berserk if there are at least 2 people in your sight.
