I picked THIS up today, and it got me to thinking..
Why doesn't Nintendo take it's old licenses and do this?
For $40, slap the old Mario games together, and release em on the Cube.
I would pay for an updated version of Mario All Stars

I think because they would rather release them one at a time on GBA and make more money.
This is a good thing in a way, because I think fans of the GBA appreciate having the titles probibly more so then a normal "console" only gamer would.

I actually kind of prefer playing the old games on the GBA. I feel like I'm wasting my time playing something like 10 year old sonic games on my GC when I could be playing something like Metroid Prime.
I just wish they'd have put out Mario All Stars on GBA instead of gorging us one game at a time.

Why no Sonic CD though? The tetris rip off gets in but they pass on Sonic CD? I know Ill get it anyway (Segas bitch and all) but still. Why leave off just one of the series?

Jolt : You will not be disappointed.
As for the Sonic CD thing, I have no idea. Does Sega even acknowledge that system?

I still have my Genesis hooked up in my game room upstairs. So I can basically play any of them right now. The one I cant play is Sonic CD.
But the extras, the art and the commercial clips will reel me in. Ive come to terms with my Sega addiction.
