Any impression of Super Monkey Ball Jr for GBA???
Depending on the site I check, this is either out already or will be out tomorrow.
Anyone had a chance to play this yet? How does it compare with its Gamecube namesakes?
Though I bought an Xbox for my son, this is the game I really want. I just refuse to put down $150-200 for a single game. But I could convince myself that a GBA is in my son's future (esp. with the future sale at **** next Friday) if this is even close to decent. I'll just buy him Bandicoot and maybe Tony Hawks to make him think I bought it for him.

Just picked SMB Jr. up today.
This is by far the most technically impressive GBA game I've ever seen. It looks, sounds, and (most importantly) plays just like the GameCube version. The levels are a bit simplified and the control scheme has been changed to accommodate for the GBA's lack of an analog joystick.
There's 60 main levels: 10 Beginner, 20 Advanced, and 30 Expert (plus there are probably some hidden bonus levels you can earn like in the GameCube version) and 4 mini-games: Monkey Duel, Monkey Fight, Monkey Bowling and Monkey Golf.
This game is definitely worth picking up IMHO.
