It will come to the PC but not right away. When I talked to Rockstar at E3, they said that PS2 had exclusive rights for the console but that they were free to develop for the PC and plan to.

It was about 6 months for GTA3 wasn't it? I'd like this game, but I think I can wait rather than buying a PS2.

From: Bartertown due to it having a better economy than where I really live.
they'd be dumb not to as I refuse to buy a console for one game and I know there are many other people like me
