Xbox Live Broken Headset
I just wanted to let you guys know that I have broken my XBL Headset. You know the little plastic c-clip that connects to the headband, yep, that's the one that broke. 
So I called the 18004MYXBOX, and they stated that I have to send it in to get repaired or replaced. Got a ticket number and everything. Whooo HOoo. Anyways, since it's just the headset, I get to keep the communitcator, and use a different headset. 
I'll be sending it in this week!
They stated that it would take 8-10 days for a replacement. I just thought that I would write this to let you guys know what to do when this happens.
