I've only played about 5 Star Wars games, but Super Return of the Jedi on SNES is my favorite.

The game cube Star Wars game really r0x0rs - it looks damn slick and is fun in spurts. The Dreamcast Jedi Power Battles was kind of keen - a vast improvment over the PSX version.

And - call me crazy, but I though that Masters of Teras Kasi was fun. It was no prize winner, but seeing Han going fisticuffs with Boba Fett was a blast - especially two player head to head.

Rogue Leader by far. The SNES Super Star Wars games were good for the time, but I just can't have fun playing them today. They're overly difficult and cheap IMO.

The original Rogue Squadron was pretty good. Shadows of the Empire was mediocre.

The Clone Wars and Bounty Hunter coming out this fall look promising.

I like Rogue Squadron the best. But I only played that for PC so I guess that doesn't count.

I played JPB for DC and enjoyed it.

If you liked Rogue Squadron, you'd love Rogue Leader on the Gamecube. It's just a perfected version of Rogue Squadron.

I thought 4 or so of the levels in Rogue Leader were great but the rest weren't very fun to me. It is still probably the best of the games on console though, which doesn't say much for the rest of them.

Death Star Attack on Atari 2600 might be a close second for me.

Shadow of the Empire for N64, all the other ones you just fly an aircraft and it gets old real quick.

Overly difficult? I guess I must be really good at them because when Im feeling nostalgic I'll beat them over the weekend . Bounty Hunter is.............ok. The demo at E3 didnt really so much for me, and I'd rather LucasArts had spent the time and money on making a Star Wars Episode II game, featuring Anakin, and Obi-Wan. But no instead we got a crap-tacular GBA game I didnt get to play AOTC at E3 but It looks like a decent rental. Ok well back to topic Id have to say the BEST Star Wars console game is Rouge Leader. taking second is the SNES SW Trilogy. I didnt care for Shadows of the Empire very much.

Galaxies looks promising, but I'm not sure about existing SW games. I've only played a few and they were on the PC.

Wow, so no one likes Starfighter or Jedi Starfighter? I guess the backlash against the prequels strikes again. They're decent games, IMHO.

I don't have a GCN, so I haven' t played Rogue Leader, but Rogue Squadron was definitely one of my favorite games. It took the snowspeeder level in Shadows of the Empire (which was, to me, by far the best part of that game) and expanded on it.

Starfighter and Jedi Starfighter, are ok, but they suck compared to Rogue Leader.

There's a great snowspeeder level in Rogue Leader by the way.

I have Starfighter for the box (which is supposedly the superior version) and RL spanks it, dresses it up as a french maid and makes it serve drinks.

If only they'd make a Tie Fighter or X-Wing on a console.

Jedi Power Battles. Yes, it sorta sucks in some parts, but it is VERY fun in co-op mode.

If you include the PC I would have to go with TIE Fighter.
