Aside from the horrible cheating AI, the game was pretty rad. Definitley a rental, as it lasted about 3 nights of play before I beat it all, got all golds and unlocked every car. Still fun and the best crashes ever. However, not including the bus and/or semi as an unlockable vehicle is a seious design flaw...what would be better than going 160 in a bus in CRASH mode

I played it Gamestop for about 5 minutes and wanted to buy it on the spot --- it was that much fun !! Even though it sounds like it's pretty short, I'm still thinking about picking it up this weekend.....

I wonder, though, which is better, Burnout 2 or NFS 2 ??

burnout 2 blows away nfs2 in graphics, fun, speed, gameplay...i rented that the week before burnout 2

I'm loving NFS 2, there's like 49 cars to unlock and the speed is amazing especially in the Ferrari (at least on the PS2). The crashes are eh... but this is the first game I know of to allow damage on licensed cars. I haven't played Burnout 2 yet, I'll likely be renting and/or buying it soon. I think both games will stand alone on their own merits as they aren't exactly the same sort of thing.
