Yeah - there's a gypsy curse on my Panasonic phone - the bugger's battery life is one hour. One friggin hour! My roommate has the same exact phone and it lasts for 5 hours. I've replaced the battery, but I still get only one hour from a full charge. Gypsy curse I tell you.

I think I'm in the same boat at Trigger. My Panasonic phone turns into a wolf at the full moon.

Wow, the wife does that once a month too, but I just figured it was PMS. Now I know the truth.

Don't you wish you could send your wife or girlfriend in for a refurbished replacement sometimes? "Oh yeah - my wife is getting worn out and she doesn't clean as well or as often as she used to - I'd like a replacement please."

If there had only been that extended warranty option (the preacher should put the Best Buy hard sell on you to buy the extended warranty just before asking you to say I do)... unfortunately her parents said "No returns, No refunds"

Anyway, back on topic, I think I'd just be happy to get it fixed or replaced with a working one in short order. Man if I knew that the manufacturer's warranty on GC's was as long as it is, I would not have picked up that extended warranty from Best Buy. I normally don't do that but with some of the stories of previous issues with the different console models, and this being the first Nintendo model to have an optical drive, I played it safe.

Good to hear the big N is standing behind their products.
