I thought the release day for these 2 was today Tuesday the 27th.

But BB and CC won't have them until Wednesday the 28th.

Does anyone else (Walmart, Target, Toys R Us...) have them today ?

Good question. I might have to do some calling around.

Generally video games go by a ship date, rather than a release date like DVDs, which is frustrating as all get out. The ship for both games was 8/26, which means that speciality shops like EB and Gamestop probably put them out yesterday afternoon or today, and other stores like Best Buy and Target won't have them for sale until tomorrow.

From what I read, however, Monkey Ball has been delayed and the ship date is actually 8/27. So add +1 to the dates up above.

Best Buy says Wednesday, but maybe just to cover themselves in case it isn't on the shelf today... gonna check anyhow!

I called 2 different ones and they both have them but one is $49.99 and the other is $52.99.

I also tried Target, Walmart, BB & Toys R Us but none of them had them today.

I picked up my copy of Mario Sunshine at EB yesterday through the trade-in deal where you traded in two ps2, gamecube or xbox games for Sunshine. Not bad at all.

I picked up my preordered Mario at Funcoland today. EB had both Super Monkey Ball and Mario.

This is in Mays Landing, NJ.

I talked to a guy at Best Buy today and he said they should get them sometime this afternoon. He said they'd put them out today if they're able to, if not they'll be out tomorrow.

FedEx tried to deliver my copies of SMS and SMB2 today. I'll be picking them up at FedEx after work. Wish they'd just leave them at the door, but oh well.

I went to Toys R Us and got my Mario, and went to EB and got my Monkey Ball 2...

Now I just gotta wait for a couple more hours til I get off from work.

Yeah, I ordered from EB. The FedEx thing on the door had both tracking numbers, so it looks like they tried to deliver both. Don't konw why they couldn't ship them together. I ordered them at the same time. EB is weird.

I just picked up Mario today from EB. Also saw Monkey Ball 2 there.

I just reserved the last copy of Mario that the GameStop near my work has. Forgot about Monkey Ball, but I may be picking that up as well.

I just got home with Mario and I'm starting to play it now.

gamestop has sunshine, but not super monkey ball 2.

Circuit City had Mario this morning.

I got my Mario for $42.50 at Fred Meyer. No Monkey Ball there though. I'll have to try Best Buy and use my $5 off coupon.

I saw both games at my local Best Buy today.
