yeah...theres no deadline at all....we need 32 people to play this. i dont mind waiting to avoid having computer opponents which i would hate to have in this league. once we draft there will probably be a week or two of preseason/exhibition games so you can get used to the team and a playbook



once the draft happens we will set a start date for the league

how do people feel about having a forum made up for this league? i dont want to hog up dvdtalk with threads about this league but i think if we had our own forum we could cover a lot of seperate things and not be confined to one thread. we could schedule games through it and talk about other things like the rules and eventually post stats and end up using it a lot more once this league starts. its just an idea and i guess if enough people like the idea i'll go ahead and set it up.

i went ahead and made the forum. there is a popunder for this as well that you can just leave alone till youre done and it will be fine. i have it posted on the site but please register with your dvdtalk username on that forum so its easy to keep track of people since we will probably still have one ongoing thread here

i tried registering with my dvd talk name but never received a password to log in, and now when i try to register again, my name is already being used (by me). I tried the password reminder and still no password, i might have to log in with a similar name i guess...

i fixed the problem and sent an email to the address you signed up with regarding this

i'm not sure yet...i'll be setting it up tonight. i don't need a game to actually be able to connect to the online network do i? gotta go buy madden still.

You only need the Network setup disc to get on-line, and of course you need Madden to play Madden on-line!

i just got the network adapter and madden...all set to get my game on!
