Are there many of you getting this owesome game due at the end of the month?? I don't care for what system since it will be for all three consoles, but I personally will be getting this piece for my Xbox. How about you??

I haven't read or seen much about this game but I am a little excited. The Turok games are much maligned but I enjoyed them on the N64. I hope this game turns out well.

BTW, did you say end of the month? That's Mario time my friend. Every other game in my life goes on hold then. Hell, my whole life goes on hold once Mario comes out.

The schedule release date for turok will be 9-1-02!

I know many of you will be playing mario and I don't blame any of you and I wish I could too but I don't have a gamecube.

I have see tons of pictures of Turok and the trailers will leave your mouth open. That's how amazing this game will look.

I pretty much ignored this game until a few weeks ago when I stepped into GameStop and caught the trailer DAMN!!! -eek-
the game looks killer. I hope it plays just as well.

This game looks great, but has anyone read anywhere that it plays great too? I really need another first person shooter on the X-Box, cause I've almost worn Halo out.

I'm also wondering what the multiplayer is going to be like and if they are going to have co-op multi (like Halo). I hope the control scheme will mirror Halo too, because there is no way I can learn new combinations now that I've played Halo so much. I can't imagine any first person shooter on the X-box with any other kind of scheme.

Well I read the EGM preview and they said there were framerate problems, but they were hoping they would be resolved by the release date. Since you mentioned Halo, they did say this isn't a Halo killer, but should be a good game.

I'm looking forward for this coming out on Xbox because of the controller. I find the GCN controller isn't really condusive to FPS because of the tiny right analogue joystick, but that's just me. Definitely looks like something to tide me over until Halo 2 though. :)

The last Xbox mag had the trailer. :D Did any of you see the Redeemer type weapon and the mushroom cloud? Wooodoggy!

I am pretty sure, also, that the poster didn't care or intend for people to post what OTHER games they'll be playing instead of Turok. Kar10, you can correct me if I am wrong, and then we can all post tons of games we will be playing instead of Turok! Hell, we can also post what types of cars we drive and how our haircut is!!!

I do care about Turok, moreso than a lot of other people I think. That being said though I am going to have to skip it for awhile. That's the truth. I don't exactly see how I turned this thread into a thread about Nintendo. I was just thinking to myself about how 2 games I'm looking forward to will fit into my life. Deal with it.
