I'm not an insider, but I traded in 5 dvd's today at EB to get Madden 2003 for PS2 which comes out next week.

I noticed on IGN that they had posted the review, and was wondering if any of my fellow dvdtalkers could tell me what score it recieved.

Is the 03 engine the same as the NCAA 03 engine?

You say this as if you are trying to make a point. The Madden and NFL 2K3 reviews were by two different reviewers. The guy who reviewed 2K3 admitted that he hasn't ever played this year's Madden. He could be a generous review, while the other guy could be a very conservative reviewer, and vice versa. I do look forward to EGM and Gamespot's opinion on the matter, however.
