Another Spider-man Game....? Soon?

Ok I know this game isn't held to be any good....BUT....I love it. I really enjoy playing this game. It's a load of fun. The combo's, secret shop, Green Goblin and the level's are pretty exciting too. It doesn't take much to make me happy i guess.

Anyway, does anyone know if there is any word on a Spider-man2 video game? I not talking about spider-man movie #2 video game.....just a second spider-man game which puts you up against other spiderman icon villians.

If anyone heard anything please drop me a note. Thanks!

Besides the currently available Spiderman and Spiderman 2: Enter Electro for PS1, I personally haven't heard of any new games coming out

If they made a buck or two off this last game... I'm sure they'll make a new game w/ the relesase of the next spidey movie.

All three of the Spiderman the movie games (PS2, Xbox, and GCN)were in the top ten for sales so you can bet there will be another one on the way.

I have it for Game Cube and its a fun game. I wouldn't call it outstanding, but its a good action game and I will consider getting the next one.

I do like going back and playing some key levels. Even some of the training levels are fun. Spidey has been in my cube for a few months now....just waiting to be replaced by Mario Sunshine in a week or two.

But it would be awesome if they make a sequel that would have other villains such as Kingpin, Electro, Sandman, Hydro, or Lizard....even Venom.

Its a very strong possibility that we won't be seeing Venom in any Spiderman game attached to the movie or future movie. Another movie studio owns the rights to Venom....which could prevent us from ever seeing spiderman and venom in the same film. Unless one studio or the other ponies up and buys the other's character.
