Gamecube

I don't own one, but if I did - the only thing I'd be interested in is the Resident Evil series.

PS2

The Getaway
GTA: Vice City
Gungrave
SOCOM

Xbox

Dead To Rights
Sega GT 2002
Splinter Cell
Quantum Redshift
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2
Robotech: Battlecry
Shenmue II
FIFA 2003
Panzer Dragoon Orta
Kakuto Chojin
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4
Malice: Kat's Tail
Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth
Sam and Max
XIII
Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge
Halo 2

Is that 10? I had to stop myself because there's so many games I can't wait to get. Scanning down Flay's list, I saw a few dozen more that I'm really interested in. That's pretty good cuz a year ago I wouldn't even touch a console cuz I favored the PC. Some games coming for Xbox and PC I'm gonna grab on PC instead like Hitman 2 and Doom 3 etc... Call of Cthulhu I'll buy on whichever it comes out first on. Hell, I may buy Call and Doom 3 on both the PC and Xbox.

Looking forward to comparing LOTR games and picking the best ones, or all of them.

Cube:

Mario Kart
Metroid
Uniracers Cubed (yeah right)
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Redemption (This can't be happening!)

Xbox:
Halo 2
SW: Knights of the Old Republic

PS2:
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance Sequel (or at least a game that would replace it. maybe Dungeons and Dragons for Cube.)
Kingdom Hearts

Too many games to choose from. And that's a good thing.

Yeah, it's being developed by Eurocom and they are working hard to avoid the problems with Agent Under Fire. I hope they succeed.

Yep we can only hope, but from the preview it sounds GREAT...or at least smart.

Played James Bond Nightfire at E3 - it's gonna be pretty badass... this coming from a guy who is all about FPS games. If you were disappointed by Agent Under Fire, Nightfire should be a pleasant surprise.

The thing that sounded most interesting to me was the level where you are trying to infiltrate the "castle". They said there is like 3 or 4 ways you can go about it. Each one affecting the difficulty of the level. Cool Stuff!

Linkage:

http://gamespot.com/gamespot/stories...874780,00.html

Excerpt:

Interestingly, the decisions you make at one point may affect the route you take later down the line. Back in the castle mission, if every single guard in the complex has been alerted, then it's obviously much more difficult to go up to the front door, knock, and ask that you be let in. It might be wiser to take an alternate path, which winds its way around the outside of the castle where guards can't track you. What makes this particular path even more fun is that it's one of the first times you'll be exposed to the game's third-person action sequences, in which James will have to perform special actions to proceed.

I love games like this. Reminds me of the very excellent Thief or even Halo.

Sounds very similar in many ways to what made Deus Ex so groundbreaking. I loved the freedom that the developers gave you in Deus Ex to develop your own solution to a given problem rather than forcing you to use the method they preferred. If Nightfire ends up having that freedom, I'm sure I'll love it.

Yeah with the stealth/murder missions. You can either try and lay low and not be seen or else turn into Rambo and crash through the mission taking everyone out. Good stuff.
