I received the PS2 Summer Sampler yesterday, I have to say that it simply sucks. There is usually one game on their that I play and I say, "Damn, I'm going to have to pick that up." All the playables on the disc are nothing special at all. They are all games that I wouldn't waste time playing. It just seems really disappointing to me. What does everyone else think about it.

Yeah, the demos were kinda lame...but, I'm sure I'll find a use for the Best Buy $5 off coupon that was included.

I got the coupon for Circuit City.

There were a few more demos and a few movies. Overall worthless.

I also got this sampler, I will see what I can get with the $5 off at Best Buy for games.

I never really found a good use for the PS demos. They were always late with their demos. Take Half-life for example. How long has that been out? They should put out previews of new or upcomng games instead of older tiles. That Official PS2 mag does that but why not offer them for free or without buying the magazine?

The great thing about PC demos is that you can download them easily and they're free of charge. This makes more sense as it's free publicity for the company and more copies could be sold.
