It's some dufus whining that he wants to write for EGM. The post is in all caps and has poor punctuation.
An Editor from X-box Nation responds, pointing that out. The guy promptly starts typing with proper grammar and bugging this guy. The editor tells him he can send in a resume. So then the dude says he's only 13 and starts asking how to do a resume and where to send it.

awww man its gone, I caught it yesterday it was pretty hilarious. These people crack me up. He had no clue what was going on. And then when the X-Box Nation guy told him about sending them a resume and writing samples he says "Hey if I don't get in with EGM can I write fer you guys??"
Then he was asking "Whats a sample?"
It was also funny that someone suggested he use the Mircrosoft Word Resume Template, print it out and send it hehehe.
