Need help with Deus Ex controls

ok, I just picked this game up at Babbages for $5.00, and I just started the training, one problems though-----------this game is a FPS, and I ALWAYS use the mouse for movement in FPS, but I can't figure out how to reconfigure it for mouse movement. I've been into Settings, and I can't find the right thing to change. Can anyone help?

One of my friends plays that way. All I can say is...FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLAY IT THE RIGHT WAY! Other than that, I can't help you. Sorry.

I grew up on Doom and Doom 2, so using the mouse is the best way I can play. I always keep one hand on the mouse, and the other on the keyboard. Using just the keyboard is too much trouble.

I suggest you adjust. Either way, enjoy Deus Ex, it's a great game.

I just tried playing with the keyboard for movement, adn using the mouse for looking-----------if I can't figure out a way to use the mouse for movement I'm probably gonna return this game----------I jsut can't play like this. I can't strafe, aim, and shoot at the same time, which is what I usually do-------------run up to a bad guy, strafing so he can't hit me, then shoot him at point blank range. Does ANYONE know how to change the damn settings so the mouse can be used for movement????????????????????????

Why not?

It doesn't really matter for this game anyway. If you try to play Deus Ex like Quake or Doom you're gonna lose.

Using the keyboard for movement and the mouse for turning was how you should have played Doom, too.
