I just rode that thing from the lava core up to the snowy mountain tops. I get off the machine thing and there is something with a blue haze around it and 3 orbs above it. I see that there is another plot of land right across this gap, but no matter how many times I try, I always fall way short of making it across. I fall into the valley and walk back up and try again. How do I get across? How do I get over to the other side? I looked in the walk throughs and found nothing. Is there something I'm missing?

you have to do the rolling long jump...do a roll then push jump and he will easily clear the gap.
