How many game systems do you currently own/ have owned
I dont know what it is.. but retro gaming has replaced my dvd collection for the moment as my passion of choice... and recipient of my hard earned money... I was curious as to what systems you currently own.. and have had during your lifetimes
*-currently have
Atari 400 computer (could brag to friends that I owned a superior version of Pac Man, and could pause the game, unlike on the crappy 2600)
*Nintendo: 1st system I ever bought on my own, recently found one for 10 bucks at a goodwill store and jumped on the chance to own it again, with games so cheap I couldnt pass it up... I bought the original Metal Gear for 3 bucks today
*Sega Genesis: Save for an entire summer to pay my dad back for this, I did at that time own the master system converter, and unfortunately bought the sega cd later on, picked up this at a goodwill store also recently for only 15
*Turbo Grafx 16: One of the most underrated systems ever, Splatterhouse, Bonk's adventure, Ledgendary Axe, JJ and Jeff... I ebay'ed for my current one
*Super Nintendo: Solid Games...loved the TMNT arcade version, super mario all stars and lots more...
Sega Saturn: Picked this up when it was really cheap... I could go to Wal MArt with ten bucks in my pocket and come out with 2 or 3 great games... unfortunately I sold mine...
Playstation: Paid too much for this, was going to "borrow" it from the store and return it... kept it...
*PS2: Love the golf games and backwards capabilities... currently hooked on Hot Shots 3 and Grand Theft Auto
*Dreamcast: The Deal with the Smashpack, and all those games was too much for me when I caved in and bought this... very sad to see it die prematurely, only recently passed in greatness by the PS2
*XBox: Havent had it long... but love Halo and NFL Fever among others

I currently own eight systems: Atari 2600, Genesis, Lynx, Super Nintendo, Jaguar, PlayStation, Nintendo 64, and GameCube. The SNES is my favorite system, although I still play them all. In the past, I also owned a NES and a 3DO.

In my TV room I currently have a Atari 2600, Top loading NES, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Playstation 2, Gamecube and X-box all hooked up. I wouldn't have to redo any wiring to play any of the above at any moment. I also have a Gameboy Advance. The great thing is I own a dvd and video games Ebay business so all of the above are legitimate "business expenses". Also, my wife hasn't left me yet. I have got several stacks of games for all the systems but don't even have time to play them. Recently played Halo all the way through, Max Payne to completion, Luigi's Mansion to completion and am working on Grand Theft Auto 3 (ps2) and Wreckless (Xbox). When I get Resident Evil on Gamecube it immediately jumps to #1.

From: The house that boredom built.
Right now I only have a Super Nintendo and a Nintendo 64. I used to have an Atari 2600, a Nintendo, and a Gameboy, but the whereabouts of the Atari are unknown to this day and like an idiot I "sold" (practically gave away) my Nintendo and Gameboy to my cousins in a feeble attempt to inspire a new generation of avid video gamers. One of my friends has (along with the systems mentioned above, minus the Atari), a Sega Genesis, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, X-Box, and Gamecube. I'm much too cheap to buy my own systems when I can just go over to his house and play his.
