Best Fighter for Dreamcast?

Looking to just pick up some must haves for Dreamcast before everything is gone. I heard Dreamcasts fighters were amazing.....let me know which one to pick up. ALso any others that will not see there way to Xbox, PS2, and Gamecube would be appreciated. Thanks

This is a question that never should be asked.
Why?
There's only one possible answer.

SOUL CALIBUR!

The Japanese Special Edition of Dead or Alive 2 is quite good (actually any DOA2 ed. is quality), you could also check out the powerstone games for very fun 4 way play.

I'm a Dreamcast newbie myself, so I don't personally know about some of the others that have been mentioned, but I can attest to the awesomeness of Soul Calibur.

Soul Calibur- Best 3D weapon based fighter, one of my personal favs of all time.
Marvel vs Capcom 2- Crazy 2D overthetop fighting with tons of characters
Capcom vs SNK 2- Great 2D game, little more fair than MVC2 and has more strategy, but still cool.

If you can find them you should be able to get them all for around $20-$30. But there aren't any stores near me that still sell DC stuff . Online might be a better place to look or if you have a huge B&M store near you. Good luck, these are all top notch games!!

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Virtua Fighter 3tb! This is a very good fighting game. I have that and Soul Caliber, which is also great, but I prefer VF. Great depth and crisp graphics.
