Never thought I'd see this day... riots in the streets, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!

There's an interview of Shigeru Miyamoto, a rep from Nintendo, and reps from Amusement Visions, and Sega about this upcoming project over at Gamespot.

This is sweet news indeed. Good to see something coming out of the Triforce board. Hopefully this means will see more Nintendo arcade games. Maybe a Smash Bros sequel with charaters from Sega and Namco?
It will also be great for nintendo if the home (Gamecube) version comes out by the end of the year. Nintendo should own the 2002 holiday season already and it seems like more games are getting announced every week.
FYI if anyone hasn't read the articles, the home version will link up with the arcade version. The arcade machine will have slots for Gamecube memory cards so you can presumbly take character/cars you've unlocked (or maybe created) into the arcade.

I suppose anything like that would also include Namco's Pac-Man and Klonoa.
