Yeah, I read that thread. I couldn't respond it because I'm hearing impaired. Perhaps, when I get the cochlea implant, I probably will try that.

Hang in there Hawk...you were ripping 'em up in the France map tonight.

The Algiers map was tough with that roxy fellow running around...he was good. No doubt.

I never see anyone here online. Then again, I'm still "pending authorization" with everyone.

I've been using the All Seeing Eye and I've been able to find McHawkson and FiveO a few times (or at least they find me so they can kill me ). If you use ASE instead of GameSpy you don't have to have authorization to find people.

I never saw you online, perhaps you changed the name??

I was thinking of changing my name to DVDT|Hawk or remain McHawkson??? I just want the name that are unique and easier for everyone to find me or regonize me.

If I made into 1fj clan, I would change it to 1fj|Hawk for sure.

Name is still Officer Cartman. (stupid question) What's the all seeing eye and where does one acquire it? I've been using the playerspy in GSA.

All Seeing Eye is a replacement for Gamespy, it does the same things but doesn't have all the ads and (IMO at least) is easier to use. You can download it here, the unregistered version lets you keep 4 people on your buddy list.

It's not a replacement.

Really, you still use Gamespy? I've just been using All Seeing Eye instead, it seems like it has everything that I used Gamespy for but without the ads. Am I missing out on something by not using GS?

Cartman - I found you but you were playing RTCW.

No, I wasn't (assuming you were speaking of just now. I was playing RtCW yesterday). I did find you, but about 1 minute in MOH frickin crashed. That'll probably happen a lot, so if I am in a game with any of you, and abruptly leave, I've probably crashed (problems with the Q3 engine and my rig ).

Maybe it was because I hadn't refreshed the servers yet? I did see you come in and then leave, that sucks that it crashes all the time.

I use ASE... What I mean ASE is like third party software, but it's not a replacement.

Ok, that makes sense. I guess I should have said that I use it as a replacement for Gamespy.
