Game Boy Advance Platinum

Finally a new color case for the US. Its a limited edition one though. Looks nice, but I would like to see Black released here as well.

It's not coming out until June! The only thing preventing me from getting a GBA is the lame ass color selection. I want black damnit!

just order an import if it means that much to you ... it will play all the same games ... it will just cost you a little more...

The import Black and Orange ones are $89.99 at the local Gamefellas stores. I would like to have Black, but I may wait for the Platinum. I would rather pay $69.99 if possible.

I think that the Platnium GBA is the only one I would want to import, I didn't really like the spice one, and the black was, meh.

New colors like "nurple" and "nyne" two colors not previously found in the world! Nintendo is hoping to have them added to the rainbow as soon as possible.

And I doubt the rumor about "GBA+" think how pisses the current owners of GBA would be if they couldn't exchange it or something.

I have the greenish irridescent GBA from the Pokemon Center of Japan and paid $120.00 for it. Now I feel really bummed, as I love the Platinum color. I can't stand any of the American colors, especially indigo... I wish I could have, as it would have been much cheaper.

The platnuim looks like a tool. It looks like steel. I know Im in the minority but the garish pink one looks the most like a toy. But I love the spice GCN controllers too.

When I heard about "Gameboy Advance Platinum," I thought that it would be an improved GBA... a backlit screen sure would be nice.

Unless it's actually metal, It's not that cool to have a metal looking plastic gameboy advance. I think a real metal case would be sweet. Lethal has a point, including a back light would be a sweet addition. I am looking at the portable monopoly for mine.

Its not real metal, but that would be nice. Hopefully Nintendo will get a clue and make a model of GBA with a built in backlight, but at least there is a do it yourself option.

Have not been using my gba much. I can hardly see the screen unless you've got Mr. Sunshine behind you. They really ought to release one with backlit on, as the third party lights available does not really cut it for me. I was hoping as well that the improvement is with backlit instead of just the color of the gba.
