Videogame Importers/Retailers Ratings

My post in the XBox arcade stick thread go me to thinking about my positive and negative experiences with on-line gaming retailers.

I think since all items would seemingly be the same (one sealed game or controller is the same as another) that ship times, customer service and of course price make all the difference in who to spend your hard-earned $$ with.

So here are some of my impressions.

POSITIVE
--------------
+ Ebgames.com = very fast shipment via ups 2 day, good customer service and realtime inventory on-line, prices are msrp

+ Videogamedepot.com = recently bought by cart-mart and thier service has not suffered at all (very very good), lots of shipping options, they take paypal as well (a bonus), mostly imports but fully stocked for domestic stuff as well, good prices on used goods

NEGATIVE
-------------
- Buyrite1.com = THE WORST, first off the lowest price gurantee is a scam, they charge $9.00+ shipping ON ONE GAME! and thier customer service sucks sooo hard it is shameful, you will regret ever dealing with this total sick joke of a store

- Gameclub.com = terrible customer service and shameful prices

I would appreciate any feedback on other stores you have dealt with (importers and deomstic retailers alike).

Stay away from Buyrite. They have been know to lose orders and of course their shipping is very expensive.

I've always gotten good service from NCSX. I would go there first for imports. www.ncsx.com

40-50 of my psx & DC games are imports so i would like to give my input on this.

Ncsx.com is one of the best retailers on the internet. i have had very few problems with orders, but more importantly the few problems I have had, they went way out of their way to fix them, even when on one occasion it was my fault. They are the best and worth the price difference.

Buyrite.net is the polar opposite, they screwed up my order (one game not shipped, but billed), then double billed me, then when i disputed the 2nd charge, called me and yelled, litteraly yelled, at me and used minor vilgarities.
