The Mad Catz Controller Pro (with the Macro function) is only $29 at Best Buy.
I highly recommend it. I use it as my primary.
It is also authorized by MS.

The MadCatz controllers are okay if you like the PS2 controller, but once you get used to the official xbox controller it's hard to use anything else... another one to get is the Pellican Trick controller which is a bit cheaper and a bit smaller, but has the same button layout as the official one.
