PROBLEMS installing medal of honor
I bought medal of honor last night. I came home all excited to install it. So i load up the first disk and that gets installed fine. When i came to install the second disk my computer froze. So i said a big ****. So i went uninstall everything and reinstall it. But nothing happens. It takes me to the maintence screen. I get the customize, repair, or uninstall options. Then i pick one and nothing happens. The installation wizard pops up stays at 0 for about 30 seconds and then it pops up finished.
WTF is going on and how can i uninstall it and install it correctly.

Receiving a installation repair tool or modifier after bad install/uninstall.
In these cases a clean install will be desired. take the following steps to manually remove MOHAA from the computer:
1. Delete the games directory. By default this will be C:\Program Files\EA Games\Medal Of Honor Allied Assault. Then delete MOHAA from the start menu as well. By default this is Start->Programs->EA Games->Medal Of Honor Allied Assault
2. If you are unfamiliar with performing registry edits, we recommend you call one of our phone support representatives at 650-628-8468 to assist you, as doing other things in the registry besides the instructions listed here can cause errors with Windows. First back up your registry by going to Start->Run-> type in "scanreg" and press "yes" when prompted.
3. After these two steps are complete MOHAA will still bring up an installation modifier if tried to install. Go to Start -> Run -> type in "regedit". There is a registry key that causes this and must be removed. It is found in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall\
{0DEA94ED-915A-4834-A87E-388D012C8E02}
This whole key should be deleted and the game should install normally.
When installing, make sure that you have closed any programs or tasks running in the background as sometimes one of the programs can conflict with the game. Background applications such as anti-virus programs are often the cause of conflicts. First stop or quit any processes running in the Windows System Tray (lower right where your clock is). To do this right click on each of the icons and choose quit, close, exit, or pause if possible. Next follow the steps below that are appropriate for your operating system:
Windows 95/98/ME:
Hold the Ctrl and Alt keys down at the same time and hit the Del key once. This will in turn bring up a window called "close programs". The only two applications that you want listed here before installing the game are "explorer" and "systray". Close all other programs by double-clicking on them. You will need to repeat this process after closing each application. Note that some applications may take multiple times before closing. Don't worry that you are permanently changing your system configuration; these applications will return when you restart your system.
Windows XP:
Hold down the Ctrl, Atl, and Delete keys at the same time This will bring up the "Task Manager", follow the steps below in order:
1) Click the "Processes"
2) Click on the User Name button to sort by user name
3) Click on anything besides EXPLORER and TASKMGR for this User Name or other user names. Do NOT select anything for SYSTEM, LOCAL SERVICE, or NETWORK SERVICE.
5) Click on END PROCESS
Try it it works...
