I was thinking about picking up a modded spice gamecube from lik-sang.com

the total with shipping is about $300. am i going to have to pay an outrageous customs fee on top of that?

I have heard both praise and some VERY NASTY horror stories about that place. I have used them once to buy a small 6 dollar item and it ended up cost 20 because of shipping, etc..! so I bet you'll pay a pretty penny for shipping.

Ordered from them several times. They're prompt and reliable. Just remember that they're in HK though so shipping can be pricey as it is with anything overseas. It's best to either order several things at once to make it worthwhile or get together a group of friends and split up an order to reduce the shipping costs.

I haven't heard good things about the modded GCN, at least the early (current?) versions of it. Also consider any good game they have we'll get very quickly and those good games aren't coming for a long while anyway.

What have you heard? I modded mine right away, before the US system was out to play Rogue Squadron 2. It's worked perfectly fine since I modded it myself.

lik-sang is pretty good. i've order things from them in the past. note shipping is expensive due to being in hk and takes awhile
why dont u order it from a company in the us? www.ncsx.com and www.toysnjoys.com are both stateside with modded cubes.
