I've got to give "props" to Goblincat for the inspiration for the cabinet.

Basically I'm building a dedicated computer specifically for MAME. I'm building a cabinet, and for starters I'm using a 27 inch TV and buying an X-arcade stick for the games. It plugs right into the PS/2 port on the computer. (And I can pull it out and use it with my PS2 ) Eventually I will try to wire up my own control panel, but for now the X-arcade will work for what I want to play.

I am getting one component at a time for now. I used Goblincat's suggestions for links to get started. I'll post pics when I get going

I remember dropping $20 of my hard-earned lawn-mowing money on this game one day way back when. Boy were my parents mad.
