how did he get up on the ridge for the final sequence? I notice that when he throws the nade, there is only 1 warthog left. Do you think he could have survived a previous explosion?

Ok - I've done it. I had to get my friend to go on with me in multiplayer (split screen) so we could pile up enough grenades. The more you use, the higher it goes. I got it over the ridge. I think we used 11 frag grenades. It's fun and doesn't really take that much time to set up. I have to find a way to do it so it's not in split screen. Using the guys at the beginning of the mission doesn't work because in total they only carry like 3 grenades among all of them. That's not enough to get it over the ridge. I also launched 2 of them at once - one went into the middle of the ocean and the other ended up pretty far down the beach.
