You need a transcoder. Copperbox.com has two different models listed on their site. One from Key Digital Systems and another from Audio Authority. Both of these transcoders will convert any component video signal that is progressive scan to a VGA signal. They don't alter the signal so they should yield a very high quality picture. All they do is separate the vertical and horizontal sync from the rest of the signal and send it out through a 15 pin VGA connector. It is my understanding that the XBOX will output a progressive scan signal for video games but not for movies.
