GBA warez?
I was looking at somebody's hard drive contents on direct connect, and I saw that one person had a bunch of roms for GBA games. How is this possible? How do you transfer a cartrige to or from a HD? Is there a GBA emulator out there already?

It's illegal, but to answer your question, it requires a special connector that goes from the cartridge to the computer and downloads the contents. There are several GBA emulators around that people have written in their spare time.
